Beautiful location and very welcoming staff. The food was incredible. We shared a beef tartar, I had the pork belly and my partner had the risotto with burrata. We were very happy and pleased with our visit.

One of the best restaurants in Sardinia. Wild boar with porchini and pasta... Several fish dishes... Spigola. All cooked and seasoned to perfection. Service great and atmosphere very nice. When in the area must stop...

Ci sono stata per cena, che si consuma nella terrazza. Piatti originali e molto saporiti. Gradito amuse-bouche che ricordava un cannolo scomposto. Il polpo era molto saporito e croccante al punto giusto. Il secondo a dir poco strepitoso: la spigola affumicata con sopra una julienne di cavolo rosso in un letto di composta alle pere e zenzero. Ottimo e gradito il pane carasau e il pane ai cereali. In chiusura un dolce presentato in modo particolare ma con l'inconfondibile sapore della pardula per la presenza della ricotta ovina, dello zafferano e del biscotto. Complimenti allo chef e al personale di sala, un team di ragazze professionali e accoglienti. Assolutamente consigliato.

Outstanding dinner again. Love this place! everytime we try something new we are amazed at the flavours and combinations that the chef dreams of. Truly spectacular can't wait to go back. The girls hosting were fab too so friendly and couldn't do more to help make our night special.

Das beste Restaurant in unserem 10-tätigen Urlaub :) Super super leckere Küche - würdig einer Sternenküche. Zudem haben wir einen tollen Gruß aus der Küche erhalten. Preis-Leistung absolut top. Eine sehr schöne Dachterasse mit wundervollem Personal, welches hilfsbereit, extrem zuvorkommend und super zügig ist. Einfach nur Wahnsinn - so macht Essen gehen Spaß. Wärmstens zu empfehlen

We did not expect to find one of the best restaurants in Sardinia in Cabras, but that is serendipity. Kudos to the staff, the chef, and the delightful sunset.

Exquisite gastronomical experience at Estro Restaurant during our time in Cabras Sardinia. We ate here all three nights, learned to share our main to taste more courses, and as foodies, were blown away by the quality, provenance, flavour, composition and presentation of every dish. This new offering is a must when in Cabras. Exemplary friendly service, gorgeous wines and delectable dishes. We stayed at Aquae Sinis Albergo Diffuso Cabras Oristano Sardinia and Estro serves breakfast each morning too. Favourites include the Risotto with fresh grated truffle, venison burger entree, sheep’s cheese ricotta with truffled honey, mussel pasta and the list goes on. Do yourself a flavour - book into Estro, bask in a sunset and set your tastebuds alight with love. ????????
